Parish Profile 2005
When the Revd Peter Moger left the parish to become the National Worship Development Officer for the Church of England in 2005, a team of people drawn from within the congregation, under the chairmanship of Dai Morgan, were charged with the task of producing a Parish Profile. This is an important part of the process for appointing a new Priest in the parish. We were pleased with the finished document, and feel it is a very good reflection of where we were as a parish at the time.

We believe that the Parish Church of Saint Mary the Virgin, Godmanchester, exists to build up the individual and corporate spiritual life of our Church and to spread the love of Christ through word and deed, by enabling those who live and work within our town to come into contact with God’s love and come to faith in Christ.
