Gala Day Refreshments Tent Saturday July 5th
As in previews years, GBC and St Mary’s Church are managing the Gala day Refreshments tent. Please can anyone with an hour to spare to help serve cakes or drinks, please sign up to help on the form at the table near the font. We also are appealing for cake donations from our amazing bakers, please. This is one of the reasons people come to our Refreshment tent. The profits will be divided equally between the two churches. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.
Praise in the Park 9.45 am Sunday July 6th
Next Sunday is our annual Praise in the Park together with the other Godmanchester churches. Refreshments will be served at the end of the service. All help setting up and taking down will be gratefully received.
Mashambanzou BBQ on 13 July
We will be holding our annual BBQ in support of the Mashambanzou Care Trust in Zimbabwe on Sunday 13th July in the Vicarage Garden, not on 29th June as we said previously. Tickets are £12.50 for adults and £5 for under 13s. Food will be provided as usual, but please bring a salad or a dessert if you can. There will also be a raffle, so any prizes for the raffle will be gratefully accepted. Soft drinks provided, but BYOB. Charities Committee.
