Methodist Covenant Service

Ros Rutter is being welcomed into the Methodist Church at their Covenant Service held on Epiphany Sunday, 6th January. Traditionally Methodists make a distinctive resolution at this service. Ros says that she is still an Anglican and asks that we please pray for her.

Wives’ Group

The Wives’ Group starts 2019 with a Beetle Drive on Tuesday 8th January at 7.30pm in the church hall. Our ‘bring and buy’ theme will be recycled gifts. All ladies welcome. Olwyn Hurd (458700)

Used Postage Stamps

The Hunts Society for the Blind would very much appreciate receiving your used postage stamps. If you are not already collecting them for another charity, please pass any that you may have to Valerie Dyson, or Liz and Peter Irving.
